Job Description

Responsibilities



Develop and execute business development plans to drive sales growth across B2B and retail channels. Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, distributors, hospitality partners, and event organizations. Identify and secure partnerships with gift retailers, tourism operators, and premium stores for distribution and collaboration. Explore overseas expansion and cross-border e-commerce opportunities for the brand. Work closely with management to formulate pricing, promotion and branding strategies for different markets. Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis for senior management.

Requirements



Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Sales or Business Development. Strong network and understanding of Singapore and regional markets. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with proven track record of meeting sales targets. Self-motivated, independent and able to develop new channels from scratch. * Experience working in a small-to-medium enterprise (SME) environment is an advantage.
