Requirements / Qualifications:
Masters degree in Bio-Technology.
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar sales/business development role.
Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Knowledge of [industry-specific knowledge, e.g., IT, manufacturing, finance] is a plus.
Willingness to travel as required.
