At Grobrix, we're on a mission to bring the power of nature into workplaces and communities. We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to help drive revenue and market presence.

The ideal candidate will possess a "hustle" mentality, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record across a variety of skillsets. A genuine passion for urban farming, sustainability, and community building is non-negotiable.

Key Responsibilities



1. The Hustle



Multichannel Outreach:

Execute aggressive, data-informed outreach strategies across email, cold calling, and LinkedIn to generate a robust pipeline of qualified leads, focusing on B2B clients like corporates for employee engagement

Social Selling:

Leverage personal and company social media (e.g., LinkedIn) to engage prospects, build professional relationships, and convert leads into opportunities, capitalizing on our trusted track record and endorsement by bluechip MNC's.

2. Customer Success & Strategic Growth



Relationship Management:

Act as the primary post-sales strategic lead for key accounts, ensuring that the Grobrix installation translates into measurable employee engagement and wellness outcomes.

Retention & Renewals:

Proactively manage the renewal cycle, identifying potential churn risks early and implementing "save" strategies to maintain a 100% retention rate.

Account Expansion:

Identify opportunities for "Upsell and Cross-sell"--moving a client from a single installation to a campus-wide rollout or additional service layers.

3. Events and Activations



Physical Presence:

Help organize and manage pop-ups and trade shows to generate leads, showcasing our full-service offering.

Farm-to-Table Activations:

Coordinate, promote and execute farm-to-table workshops and host informal, hands-on activities like fortnightly harvest sessions to drive client interest and illustrate the employee engagement benefits of the Grobrix movement.

Required Skills & Experience



Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related role. Location: Must be legally eligible to work and based in Singapore. Passion: A strong, demonstrable passion for urban farming, sustainability, and building community. Hustle Mentality: Proven ability to operate independently, set ambitious goals, and relentlessly pursue new opportunities. Communication: Exceptional communication skills, capable of selling the concept that growing food together helps us grow as people.
