We are looking for a proactive Business Development professional to drive growth in the construction sector. The role focuses on identifying new project opportunities and building strong relationships with owners, developers, and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and secure new clients and construction projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, developers, architects and consultants. Manage client enquiries and follow up on project opportunities. Support tender preparation and submission. Showcase completed projects to strengthen company portfolio. Provide market insights and business development updates to management.

Requirements:

Proven experience in construction sales or business development. Strong network with owners, developers, architects, or consultants. Familiarity with Singapore construction regulations and tender processes is an advantage. Hunter mindset, confident communicator, and results-oriented. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
