As a Business Development Manager, you'll be to drive to drive our business. You will be responsible for the overall sales and profitability of this part of our business. We now have an exciting opportunity to join an expanding Sales team as a Business Development Manager to drive the Sales of our B2B platform to new customers. RESPONSIBILITIES : As a hunter, to drive the entire sales cycle - from leads generation, initial customer engagement, qualifying, consultation to closure Prospect for potential customers using cold calling Conduct Sales presentation and solutions demonstration to head of department or C-Level of large corporations and SMEs Manage perspective client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle Provide a consultative solutions sales process to prospects Work closely with Partners to create win-win solution to drive Sales Maintaining detailed records in CRM and your sales pipeline to develop strong forecasting capability REQUIREMENTS: 3+ years of business development experience in a Software with proven record of exceeding Sales targets Highly credible in front of senior/C-suite executives. Capable of managing long sales cycle (3-6 months)and consistently 'nurturing' leads. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills OTHER INFORMATION: . Location : Jalan Besar .
