Get to know the Role : Reporting to the Head of Business Efficiency, you will be responsible for building the strategic economic framework for Digibank. This is a blue sky opportunity to build a data-driven decision making approach that drives customer acquisition and retention strategies. The day-to-day activities:

• Develop deep understanding of the business model through the lens of a single customer, product or transaction

• Build, embed and monitor unit economics for products/services by building transaction and customer level costing

• Build strategic competitive intelligence by benchmarking key metrics against other global and regional peers

• Identify and implement strategic opportunities for effectiveness of spends relating to workforce, systems, vendors, and partners

• Assist with other ad-hoc assignments as required
  

• You have the Heart, Hunger, Honour and Humility required to work at Digibank.

• You have at least 7 years experience in Strategy / M&A / FP&A relating to digital businesses / ventures or banking businesses

• Knowledge of banking products and processes & ability to match financial spends to the verticals

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

• A data-driven individual with a strong bias for action, strong analytical capabilities and a holistic understanding of business

• Willing to take on new challenges and be adaptive to a fast-growing and dynamic start-up environment

• Detail-oriented with ability to work under pressure and tight schedules, cope with several tasks simultaneously, and be deadline oriented

• Creativity and comfortable with ‘blank sheet of paper’ assignments and problem solver in a complex environment

• Ambitious, self-driven and highly motivated individual who can work well in a startup VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) environment. Should have a deep desire to excel and develop a career in a fast growing tech company. Should have demonstrated integrity and respect in the performance of their duties.
