Nature and aim of the position A business support specialist is someone charged with the responsibility in overseeing the daily operation of a business. He/she is often the first contact with the vendors and merchants (esp. south accounts); therefore, his/her role includes maintaining contact and establishing a good relationship with them for the progress of the business. He/she is charged with the responsibility for coordinating and supporting in the merchants\xe2\x80\x99 affiliation / de-affiliation back-end processes and systems. He/she is responsible for the general office administration, including managing marketing collateral inventory for the Commercial Team.

Main duties and responsibilities
  • Ensuring outstanding administrative support across all areas of the business and business wide processes
\xc2\xa7 Responsible for providing quality service for sales management \xe2\x80\x93 South Accounts
  • Be the focal point for team members and cross functional team to manage affiliation and de-affiliation processes and systems
  • Follow policies and procedures (SOPs and eTRS Compliance Management)
  • Maintain proper record and e-filing of all agreements and Commercial documentations in SharePoint/OneDrive and/or Salesforce
\xc2\xa7 Support in eTRS Compliance Management by monitoring daily transactions of newly affiliated merchants, follow up on unusual / high eTRS and ensure test transactions criteria are met \xc2\xa7 Manage in BI Insights Subscription and Data Warehousing of all systems \xc2\xa7 Assist business support manager and marketing specialist in marketing campaigns / projects and execution process \xc2\xa7 Maintain marketing collateral inventory / storage and work with marketing specialist on print requirements Relates and cooperates mainly with

Background and Education \xc2\xa7 Min 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 of business management and extensive administrative expertise experience \xc2\xa7 Experience from Retail, Hospitality or Payment Industry (optional) \xc2\xa7 \xe2\x80\x98A\xe2\x80\x99 Level / Diploma Specific skills and knowledge \xc2\xa7 Positive CAN DO attitude \xe2\x80\x93 see opportunities \xc2\xa7 Self-motivated trailblazer \xe2\x80\x93 proactive, good time management, able to prioritize without being micromanaged \xc2\xa7 Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 ability to effectively and efficiently communicate complex information to employees at all levels of the organization. \xc2\xa7 Strong skills in working with people \xe2\x80\x93 positive, genuinely interested in people, patient with others, ability to be supportive and motivate \xc2\xa7 Ability to handle confrontation well \xe2\x80\x93 doesn\xe2\x80\x99t shy away from tough conversations, displays emotional intelligence, remains approachable \xc2\xa7 Ability to handle multiple projects and details on a daily basis \xc2\xa7 Ability to review the procedure for support and to pinpoint opportunities to develop the efficiency of business \xc2\xa7 Highly organised and able to effectively manage conflicting and competing priorities. \xc2\xa7 High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) and CRM (Salesforce) \xc2\xa7 Flexible with the ability to work around changing business needs \xc2\xa7 Team player
