The incumbent for this role will partner the sales team in fulfilling the following:
Support annual Customer Segmentation process including review with the different pdt that incorporate customer behavior performance values to optimize decision making for sales
Sales Process owner or strategist(Business Process Management) and maintenance in salesforce
Group Sales Process lead with other project initiatives as needed
Review and refine existing Sales SOPs & KPIs (MUCE and Group)
Drive and coordinate Customer data from Salesforce to help drive Customer Segmentation strategies for new Marquee and Uplay ecosystem
Update monthly Sales dashboard material and coordinates updates with input from key stakeholders
Assist annual and mid yr review of sales budgetAssist HOD with other Projects and general Sales Transformation/Enhancement initiatives as needed
Requirements:
Knowledge in salesforce is necessary
Good PowerPoint knowledge
Degree in relevant industry / events/functions preferred
5 years in sales customer facing role or internal sales support is peferred
Good in-depth knowledge of effective Sales processes in MICE or the event industry
Takes avid interest in sales trends and figures
