As Business Line Manager (BLM) of IEP (Industrial and Energy Products) and AVM (Advanced Manufacturing) in ASEAN, you will be given full P&L responsibility to create sustainable and profitable growth in your business line. The IEP/AVM business line provides independent third-party testing, inspection, and certification services to our industrial customers. Our services include but are not limited to product and system environmental & reliability testing, electromagnetic compatibility tests, electrical safety testing, explosion protection, functional safety, carbon footprint verifications, cybersecurity testing and global market access services.
To drive P&L Responsibility for IEP/AVM Business line in ASEAN, with key objectives to create year-on-year sales revenue growth and operating result improvement.
Lead, coach and motivate both direct and functional reports in sales and business development team, while driving collaboration with technical operational teams across ASEAN to ensure high performance standard is achieved and KPI target is met.
Conceptualize, develop, and execute strategic business plans to develop new markets, services and key accounts based on understanding of market trends, drivers, and customer insights.
Collaborate with global divisional and regional sales and technical operation teams to deliver business plans and P&L.
Responsible for developing product offering portfolio and identifying go-to-market sales strategies and tactics to achieve or exceed assigned revenue and profitability targets of assigned portfolio and grow customer base in assigned scope and geography
Your Qualifications
Minimum a Degree in Engineering with at least 10 years of sales experience in B2B environment preferably gained in an international organization or with at least 5 years of experience in the following sectors: Industrial Automation; Renewable Energy; Electrification; Electrical Vehicles; Advanced manufacturing Sectors; Testing, Inspection, and Certification.
Familiarity with ASEAN culture, markets, and customer base, especially in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam.
Capability to lead and coach a sales team ensure business objectives are met in a timely fashion.
Strategic thinking with strong clarity of thoughts and the ability to articulate and present information in a clear fashion for practical implementation.
Exemplary stakeholder\'s management skills and ability to navigate challenging situations as well as manage and align different stakeholders.
