  • Achieve group and portfolio sales target
  • To manage and develop sales personnel
  • To monitor and review progress of sales personnel
  • Able to accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams
  • To develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company's products
  • To provides weekly and monthly results assessments of sales personnel's productivity
  • To collaborate with Business Units to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and road shows' budgets
  • To hold regular meeting with sales personnel
Requirement
  • Previous working experience preferably as a Business/Sales Manager for 5 year(s)
  • Degree in any disciplines
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both internal & external stakeholders.
  • Impactful presentation style
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
  • A positive, "can do" attitude
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $5,500.00 - $6,500.00 per monthSchedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
  • Performance bonus
Education:
  • Bachelor's or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Business/Sales Manager: 5 years (Required)
