An outstanding opportunity to join us in the Service Governance function to support the monitoring of Key Services provided and received by Wealth Management division. This role focuses on leading key strategic redesign of Business Management Service Governance across Front Services functions and beyond, assisting adequate representation of SLA/KPIs at various Management Governance forums and overseeing timely execution of designated Management reporting processes. This role will also drive operational process improvements and automation, fostering consensus amongst key stakeholders.

The Business Management team works closely together to provide coverage across Wealth Management businesses in multi locations. Your skills and experience
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
5+ years of experience with an Investment Bank or Private Bank in a COO type function, Project management and/or IT Consulting function. Knowledge in Front to Back Wealth Management Operating model is beneficial.
A Degree in IT, Mathematics/Statistics or Business/Finance is essential
Proven experience with a programming language (Oracle, PL/SQL and/or Python) and sophisticated data visualization skills (e.g., Tableau & PowerBI) desirable
Proficient in PowerPoint & Excel/VBA
Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
Dedicated self-starter with a collaborate spirit, who can work on own initiatives to deliver on time with a high level of integrity, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards
Good detail oriented, analytical, problem solving and logical skills
The ability to understand and document complex processes, procedures and controls
Excel under pressure and possess a positive can-do attitude
