Roles and Responsibilities: Business Strategy and Execution:
  • Support the Regional President and Country Managers to identify, define and drive the key strategic levers to drive growth
  • Liaise with external consultants for PMO/execution of global strategy
  • Support in the annual budgeting/planning exercise
  • Prepare business presentations and updates for management review, board meetings, external stakeholders, etc.
Business Reviews:
  • Plan the monthly business calendar for periodic business reviews
  • Define the agenda, compile minutes and follow-up with the stakeholders for execution
Business Dashboards/Analysis:
  • Create and analyse business dashboards/scorecards to periodically review the key business priorities with exception reporting
Program Management:
  • Take ownership to drive key business priorities in the form of regional project
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Business or any related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience of working closely with Senior Management in strategy roles, preferably in Consulting/Retail/FMCG sector
  • Analytical thinking and data oriented
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task and collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Demonstrate ownership and self-starter attitude.
  • High Integrity
  • Proficient in MS-Office
