Roles and Responsibilities: Business Strategy and Execution:

Support the Regional President and Country Managers to identify, define and drive the key strategic levers to drive growth
Liaise with external consultants for PMO/execution of global strategy
Support in the annual budgeting/planning exercise
Prepare business presentations and updates for management review, board meetings, external stakeholders, etc.

Business Reviews:

Plan the monthly business calendar for periodic business reviews
Define the agenda, compile minutes and follow-up with the stakeholders for execution

Business Dashboards/Analysis:

Create and analyse business dashboards/scorecards to periodically review the key business priorities with exception reporting

Program Management:

Job Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Business or any related discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience of working closely with Senior Management in strategy roles, preferably in Consulting/Retail/FMCG sector
Analytical thinking and data oriented
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task and collaborate with various stakeholders
Demonstrate ownership and self-starter attitude.
High Integrity
Proficient in MS-Office
