Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of DO, Invoices, Quotations and Purchase Orders
  • Liaison with Customers, Suppliers and Service Providers
  • Preparation of Management Reporting and Maintenance of Office Filing System
  • Coordination of Orders Delivery and Logistics Planning with Internal and Production teams
  • Arrangement of Inward/Outward Shipments with Freight Forwarders and Couriers
  • Issuance of Statement of Accounts
  • Update of Customers Payment Record and Pursuing on Outstanding Payment
  • Any other duties relating to the efficient operations of the Company
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in a operations position or its equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills and multi-tasking ability
  • Excellent ability in problem resolution and conflict management
  • Excellent organization skill and initiative
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Others:
  • Working hours: 9am ~ 6pm (Monday ~ Friday)
  • 12 Days Annual Leaves
