. Drive and implement process improvements and changes within Supply Chain (SC), with the objective to optimize the process for the organization as a whole . Responsible for development of documentation for all processes within functional area . Learn relevant applications well as it relates to functional area, and also how it is impacted/impacts other functional areas . Responsible for SC documents and interfaces on both Management System and SharePoint . Develop and maintain SC web pages for both external and internal use . Drive the P2P improvement project, on behalf of SC, together with Finance and other relevant stakeholders . Develop and drive a master data strategy and lead the master data team in running an efficient maintenance of Supply Chain Department owned master data. This includes IT solution, process and procedure. . Drive a global effort to optimize the warehouse and inventory situation in the Company, be done in cooperation with relevant stakeholders such as Maintenance Team, Finance and others, and develop procedures for management of this area . Ensure that (corporate) processes are defined and used as agreed throughout the Company . Ensure that local processes are defined and approved if corporate procedure cannot be used (due to legal reasons) . Participate in cross functional issue resolutions . Assist in application improvements, including specifying requirements, approve specifications and test new functionality/configurations . Train other users (primarily local super users) in processes and applications . Help resolve challenges reported by other users, including taking ownership of issues and work with vendors and others in order to get issues resolved . Participate in testing and verification activities . Participate in projects and initiatives that impact/is impacted by functional area to ensure that correct processes are implemented and/or adjusted . Comply with standards and processes that are put in place to execute the tasks above . Other tasks as assigned
