Enable end-users with your specialized guidance in maximizing the effectiveness of the new and exciting IFS ERP system for their roles. Apply now and be a crucial part of our path to project excellence!Your roleYou provide functional support and training within the domain of Project and Operations Management in Fugro\xe2\x80\x99s IFS ERP system. This entails responding to user incidents and questions, trouble shooting issues and providing timely resolutions and answers;You assist users in navigating the software, diagnosing and resolving functional issues and answering questions that could not be answered in Level 1 support;You accurately document user interactions, reported problems and resolutions in a ticketing system or knowledge base;You liaise with developers, system administrators and BPE\xe2\x80\x99s to escalate complex issues, coordinate bug fixes and communicate updates to end users;You continuously identify opportunities to enhance the user support process and develop self-service resources such as FAQ\xe2\x80\x99s, user guides and video tutorials to empower users to solve basic issues independently;You keep updated with the latest software updates to ensure optimal support delivery and suggest improvements;You assist in identifying main risks and propose mitigations in the ERP system where possible.Your track recordYou have at least a Higher Diploma/Degree in Business AdministrationAs a plus, you have certifications such as ITIL or HDI Support Center Analyst;You have at least 3 years of experience in Project (financial) administration or Application Functional support;Experience with Project Management or Operational Management related field;You preferably have a background within an international project-oriented environment;You are service minded and have great communication and stakeholder management skills;You have excellent English language skills, both written and oral.What Fugro offers
