Butcher/meat Cutter
Job Description
Cutting, Grinding, Packing, and Preparation of Meat for Sale. Preparation of raw meat and poultry products. Washing, Cleaning, and Maintenance of Equipments/Utensils at the end of day. Monitor the Freshness and Quality of Meat and Poultry. Keep record of Inventory and Wastages. Attend to Customer queries/request and provide Cutting service. Perform good Housekeeping and Cleanliness of Workplace. Any other duties as assigned.On job training will be provided for candidate(s) who has no experience.Requirements: 6-day Work Week. Able to work on Weekends and Public Holidays. Able to perform Shift Work.
