Role Overview:
We're looking for an experienced
Cafe Manager
to lead daily operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent guest experiences from brunch to dinner.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and inspire front-of-house and service staff to deliver warm, efficient, and professional hospitality.
Manage daily cafe operations including scheduling, opening/closing procedures, inventory control, and supplier liaison.
Monitor and maintain high standards for food and beverage presentation, menu consistency, and cafe ambiance.
Handle guest feedback, resolve issues promptly, and ensure satisfaction is a top priority.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to streamline menu execution and daily offerings.
Assist with strategic planning, sales targets, and local marketing or event efforts to boost visibility and revenue.
Qualifications
Proven managerial experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
Exceptional leadership with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and guide a team in a fast-paced setting.
Solid understanding of food and beverage operations, cost management, and scheduling.
A genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences and fostering a welcoming environment.
Flexible availability to cover early brunch shifts through dinner hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Pay: $3,800.00 - $4,200.00 per month
