Role
We are looking for a Cafe Supervisor to support daily operations and lead the service team. You will:
Oversee front-of-house service and staff schedules
Ensure excellent customer experience and smooth service flow
Handle inventory checks and liaise with kitchen & barista teams
Train and guide junior staff
Requirements
1-2 years' F&B supervisory experience
Strong customer service and leadership skills
Able to work weekends/holidays and in a fast-paced environment
