Location: The Living Cafe, Singapore

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Cafe Supervisor to join our team at The Living Cafe! If you enjoy working with coffee and leading a team in a vibrant, customer-focused environment, we would love to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities:



Oversee daily cafe operations to ensure smooth service and excellent customer experience Supervise and guide the cafe team to maintain high service standards Prepare and serve coffee and beverages to cafe standards Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the cafe area, equipment, and inventory Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly Manage cash register and ensure accurate daily sales reporting Ensure stock levels are maintained and assist with ordering supplies

Requirements

:

No Quota Available at the moment Barista experience is a plus, but not required Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment A passion for high-quality coffee and delivering excellent customer service Flexibility to work within operating hours (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM), including weekends and public holidays
