Campaign Strategy and Execution: Plan, lead, and execute omni-channel communication and marketing campaigns, both locally and globally, ensuring excellence in concept creation, design, messaging, and communication materials.
Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with commercial and cross-functional retail teams to ideate and execute campaigns that align with business goals.
Data-Driven Approach: Utilize data-driven insights to identify key customer segments and sport-related needs, tailoring campaigns for maximum impact and effectiveness.
Offline Communication Management: Oversee and manage offline communication and advertising for both local and global campaigns.
Campaign Calendar Management: Strategize and plan the campaign calendar, ensuring timely and effective execution of all marketing initiatives.
Performance Evaluation: Collate, evaluate, and report on campaign performance and sales conversion against established KPIs, identifying trends and insights for continuous optimization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Data, Commercial, IT, Legal, and Operations, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
External Partner Coordination: Liaise and coordinate with external marketing agencies to guide campaign creative direction and media planning.
Team Development: Manage and mentor the creative team to deliver exceptional content for omni-channel campaigns, fostering a culture of creativity and conversion-focused content production.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s Degree from a recognized institution.
At least 3 years of experience managing and executing product marketing campaigns in similar industries
Vital and responsible, self-motivated & adaptable in the field of a fast paced and changing environment
Customer-centric with strong sense of service and the willingness to want to help others
You are passionate about Sports and active
Collaborative team player with superior influencing skills, who build relationships easily across various stakeholder groups to move initiatives forward
