Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities
- Engage in supplier sourcing activities, conduct RfQ and drive Price benchmark process
- Maintain supplier master data and ensure smooth ordering process
- Ensure implementation of Management Handbook and relevant Purchasing process, take corrective actions in case needed.
- Monitor supplier performance and coordinate supplier escalation
- Take part in supplier negotiations and track daily saving status
- Implement supplier sourcing strategy and contribute on supplier relationship management.
- Sourcing and negotiation for assigned categories
- Conversion of PRs to POs and sourcing for Aerospace Facility
- Managing of daily operations in Coupa for Non-Production Materials
- Contract / agreement management with supplier
- Analysis of category market intelligence
- Setup yearly budget & forecast cost savings
- Bachelor degree or above in engineering or business administration
- Familiar with standard tools like MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and SAP
- Good Communication skill & project management skills
- Self-driven and strong commitment to drive business targets
