Positions Available : Operations and Centre Manager Center manager will be the customer interface to all parents. He/She is the customer connect and to ensure great Customer Service. 1. To support the sales & marketing director in developing corporate and operational strategies in the use of human capital & resources to meet SBDC’s goals and objectives; 6. To further identify and develop business excellence in accordance to SBDC’s vision, mission and core values.

for Center Manager. 1. Training Audit : Monitor student's attendance for all classes and training sessions. Compile a monthly report on absentee, reason, action taken. 2. Monitor teacher's quality of service. Creatively and effectively monitor and audit service quality by trainers, propose improvement. 3. Center manager will be the customer interface to all parents. Provide customer's touch point and create satisfied customer. Integrate report as part of monthly reporting on all customer's feedback (including complains and praise) with respect to trainers 4. Effectively proposed initiatives that will improve customer (students, parents) services 5. Ensure smooth running of center's operations.

Requirements : 1. Experienced in the education industry or equivalent. 2. Able to interact and provide support to our parents 3. A people person, enjoys interacting with people. 4. Good with paper work 5. Fluent in English. 6. Enjoys working in the education industry. 7. Fun & sunshine person. 8. Training provided.
