This role is a function head role who reports to the CEO directly.
Responsible for overseeing the operational performance of all enrichment centers.
To guide and oversee Centre Managers in meeting the sales targets established for their individual outlets, which entails assisting them in effectively managing their teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
To set a leadership example by embodying and promoting the company\'s Core Values, Ethos, and Competencies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales performance of the centres.
Recruiting, training and grooming of Centre Managers.
Effectively and efficiently overseeing the performance of individuals within your responsibility.
Developing strategies and tactics for Centre Managers and their respective teams with the explicit goal of enhancing sales and promoting positive branding for our centers.
Ensuring the professional handling of all customer complaints and feedback by the center team.
Tracking the outcomes of your plans and adjusting your strategies and approaches as needed.
Regular reporting of centre performance.
Responsibilities linked to your position as a group manager.
REQUIREMENTS
A degree holder with min 3 years of work experience in the tuition or enrichment industry.
At least two years of practical leadership experience within a tuition or enrichment company.
Preferably, a demonstrated history of successfully overseeing multiple outlets.
Excellent communication and management skills.
