Job Description


This role is a function head role who reports to the CEO directly.

  • Responsible for overseeing the operational performance of all enrichment centers.
  • To guide and oversee Centre Managers in meeting the sales targets established for their individual outlets, which entails assisting them in effectively managing their teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • To set a leadership example by embodying and promoting the company\'s Core Values, Ethos, and Competencies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Sales performance of the centres.
  • Recruiting, training and grooming of Centre Managers.
  • Effectively and efficiently overseeing the performance of individuals within your responsibility.
  • Developing strategies and tactics for Centre Managers and their respective teams with the explicit goal of enhancing sales and promoting positive branding for our centers.
  • Ensuring the professional handling of all customer complaints and feedback by the center team.
  • Tracking the outcomes of your plans and adjusting your strategies and approaches as needed.
  • Regular reporting of centre performance.
  • Responsibilities linked to your position as a group manager.
REQUIREMENTS
  • A degree holder with min 3 years of work experience in the tuition or enrichment industry.
  • At least two years of practical leadership experience within a tuition or enrichment company.
  • Preferably, a demonstrated history of successfully overseeing multiple outlets.
  • Excellent communication and management skills.
