Job Description
Responsibilities: \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbf
- Develop and implement business strategies for the APAC region businesses and shareholders
- Work closely with business stakeholders and identify business opportunities
- Interface between the Board and Management, Provide board administration and support
- Focus on key issues by challenging important assumptions and rationale for changes in company performance and provide external reference points for value-creation opportunities
- Build and maintain good relationships with investors/ public, government authorities and business partners
- Lead and supervise APAC management members in their roles and responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategy and succession planning
- Derive business goals for performance, profitability and growth of the APAC region
- Achieve APAC region financial and growth targets approved by the Board in the annual budget and business plan
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standard and policies
- Prepare and present yearly APAC budget for Boards approval
- Responsible for Risk Analysis and Business Continuity Management
- Ad hoc duties/ projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Business Administration/ Banking & Finance or equivalent
- Around 10 - 15 years of working experience preferably from marketing agency/ banking/ fintech industry
- Prior regional working experience will be ideal
