Develop and implement business strategies for the APAC region businesses and shareholders
Work closely with business stakeholders and identify business opportunities
Interface between the Board and Management, Provide board administration and support
Focus on key issues by challenging important assumptions and rationale for changes in company performance and provide external reference points for value-creation opportunities
Build and maintain good relationships with investors/ public, government authorities and business partners
Lead and supervise APAC management members in their roles and responsibilities
Develop and implement strategy and succession planning
Derive business goals for performance, profitability and growth of the APAC region
Achieve APAC region financial and growth targets approved by the Board in the annual budget and business plan
Ensure compliance with regulatory standard and policies
Prepare and present yearly APAC budget for Boards approval
Responsible for Risk Analysis and Business Continuity Management
Ad hoc duties/ projects as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor of Business Administration/ Banking & Finance or equivalent
Around 10 - 15 years of working experience preferably from marketing agency/ banking/ fintech industry
Prior regional working experience will be ideal
