MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES . Assist the Board to determine the mission, vision, short-term and long-term goals of the organization. . Assist the Board to monitor and evaluate the organization's relevancy to compliance and effectiveness . Represents the Board's general philosophy on compliance profession . Keeps the Board fully informed on the condition of the organization and on all the important factors influencing it . Provides general oversight of all organization's activities, day-to-day operations, and assures a smoothly functioning, efficient organization . Provides management and oversight of primary business lines . Innovates business model to create long-term partnerships with leading developers and de-risks pipeline . Recommends staffing and financing to the Board and see the appropriate compensation structures are developed and maintained . Regularly perform market analysis to leverage the Chinese network creates competitive moat around the businessJOB REQUIREMENTS . Bachelor degree in Computer Science, or other related disciplines . At least 20 years of working experience with minimum 15 years of business & people management experience, experience in Internet/Gaming industry preferable . A outstanding pioneer by showing succussed business set-up experience in Internet industry . Strong business acumen, strategy plan, responsive, analytical with excellent problem-solving and vendor management skills . Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills . Self-motivated, strong planning and execution capability . Good leadership skills and a team player in multi-culture teams . Excellent communication in both spoken and written Mandarin and English.
