Job Description


The key duties and responsibilities of the role includes (but are not limited to):

  • Execute Sales & Channel strategies & Partnership activities to grow revenue within the Organizations
  • Understand client\xe2\x80\x99s needs & objectives to develop creative plans & present value propositions.
  • Build growth and unlock opportunities for SIMBA\xe2\x80\x99s products & services with new & existing partners.
  • Strong business acumen with abilities to analyse sales data, forecast & implement action plans
  • Deliver Revenue numbers to meet monthly/Quarterly/Annual revenue objectives
  • Proactively engage prospects & clients to establish relationship (Hunter 60%/ Farmer 40%)
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to meet Business Goals & Objectives


The candidate should possess the below qualities to fulfil the needs of the role:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management or Partner Management.
  • Experience in FMCG is a Huge Plus.
  • Passionate in engaging internal & external partners of all levels
  • Strong interpersonal skills & curious Mindset augmented with Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Must be a tough nut and possess a resilient character and a perpetual growth mindset
