Identify, and develop new business clients for sales opportunities in the clinical, life science, and reference/research laboratories segments;
Lead and manage 3rd party channel sales activities to execute sales strategy and meet sales targets as agreed with the management;
Recruit and build a strong network of 3rd party business channels including distributors, resellers, integrators, and agents in the designated region and market segments;
Plan, and execute local marketing activities to planned budgets and timetables, and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, e.g., product launches, demonstrations, promotions, advertising, exhibitions, and telemarketing;
Monitor market, technology, and competitor activities; and share relevant information with the management and among internal team members especially R&D and S&M.
Assist in formulating the strategy of relevant country regulatory product registration.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of sales and/or marketing experience in 3rd party channel management (provide successful demonstration of achievements in key responsibilities and knowledge as presented above)
Customer-focused and results-oriented
Working knowledge on instrument or assay (consumables) sales in the healthcare, clinical laboratory, and life science market
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent negotiation and risk management skills
Strive in high work pressure environment and deliver on commitment
Willingness to travel overseas at least 50% of the time for the purpose of sales meetings and business development
Enjoy working with team members and able to take constructive criticism
