Job Description

:

• Report to the Group Finance Director, managing financial accounting operations, reporting, financial planning, budgeting, and analysis while ensuring adherence to accounting standards and company policies.
• Assist the Group Finance Director in developing and enforcing internal control policies and procedures.
• Review consolidated financial statements, management reports, and budget variance analyses for the Group.
• Ensure all financial, accounting, and analytical reports comply with management policies and accounting standards.
• Present financial insights in management and board meetings.
• Oversee relationships with external auditors for financial audits.
• Prepare and submit GST returns, ensuring compliance.
• Review CIT returns prepared by the Tax Agent.
• Lead the preparation and analysis of the annual budget for presentation to management.
• Manage the costing function for manufacturing activities in Singapore.
• Supervise accounting staff both locally and internationally, ensuring comprehensive accounting functions are fulfilled.
• Perform additional tasks as required.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience, including manufacturing costing and supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Business Central is beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax compliance.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Professional certification (CA, CMA, or equivalent) is a plus.
