Achieve profitability by negotiating & fixing chemical cargo (though the spot market / COA negotiation)
Propose & implement changes to the way to increase and optimize overall result, including but not limited to spot / COA negotiations, cargo allocation and vessel scheduling.
Lead precise & regular communication with different stakeholders (charterer, broker, related other parties internally and externally) for smooth operation.
Record/ update the database of the company and team.

Requirements

Diploma or degree in business, with maritime / logistic or supply chain related studies is preferred
1 to 3 years operations/chartering experience in Chemical tanker or tanker market
Detail and result oriented, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively
Willing to work in multi-cultural environment and a fast-paced environment
Good communication and negotiation skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills and good attitude
Singaporean or PR only
