Job Description


Main Responsibilities

  • Report to the Congee Chef 1
  • Assist the preparation of menu-items for the Congee section
  • Deputisein the absence of the Congee Chef 1
-e- procurement of ingredients and update GRN
  • Maintain quality control for all products including monitoring freshness of product
  • Ensure the consistency and the quality of food served in the restaurant
  • Clean and sanitize work stations and equipment
  • Assist in managing discipline, cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area
  • Participate in checking of all purchased supplies for quality and account for each delivered item
  • Assist in bi-monthly stock take and monitoring stock level
  • Adhere to hygiene and safety standards
  • Adhere to company\xe2\x80\x99s standard operating procedures
  • Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar restaurant concept for Congee Chef 2 (Grade 3)
  • Minimum 1years of experience in a similar restaurant concept for Congee Chef 3(Grade 1)
  • Proficient with Congee specialities
  • Strict sense of hygiene and safety standards
