Fico is a casual, beachfront Italian restaurant along East Coast Park by Chef-Partner Mirko Febbrile. • Setting up and stocking up the pastry or dessert station with all necessary supplies
• Daily mise-en-place, preparing for service, ensuring the station is kept at the highest hygiene and food safety standards
• Running the pastry and dessert station with the Pastry Chef
• Ensuring items are ordered, received, and stored in proper condition, ensuring proper usage of food with minimal food waste
• Be a role model and guide junior team members
• All other tasks as delegated
