- New set-up Italian Bistro Bar
- Basic $3000 - $4000 + AWS
- Welfare and Benefits
- Working day: 6
- Working hours: 10.30am to 10.30pm
- Daily operations of the kitchen
- Ensure all preparations are of highest quality at all times
- Overall food & beverage costing
- Cleanliness, sanitation & hygiene
- Possess professional culinary skill certification
- At least 2 years relevant working experience in similar capacity
- Good to have experience in ITALIAN cuisine
