Job Description
- Assist to the Outlet Head chef for all works for kitchen
- Perform Misen Plus duties
- Ensure All food preparation before start/ end of daily operation
- Able to handle own station
- Replenish Ingridents with Vendors.
- Maintain clean work stations / cold room at all time
- Organise Daily / weekly deep ktichen cleaning
- Experience with Western Cuisine
- Able to speak English
- Multi Tasking / Team Player
- Able to work some days of split shifts
- 6 days work week
- 18 Days Annual Leaves
- Medical and Dental Benefits
- Able to work independantly without much supervision
- Candidates with Relevant Experience will be added advantage
- Various Location : Hillview Ave / Duxton / Upp East Coast
