Chief Chef for Bangladeshi restaurant: - Responsible for preparing all kinds of Bangladeshi/North Indian cuisines - Create new dishes to attract customers and increase sales - Oversees and manage k Chief Chef for Bangladeshi restaurant: - Responsible for preparing all kinds of Bangladeshi/North Indian cuisines - Create new dishes to attract customers and increase sales - Oversees and manage kitchen operations as well as restaurant operations (as and when required) - Manage food cost and inventory - Ensure that food hygiene and sanitation of the kitchen is closely monitored and in compliance with SFA's regulations - Serving customers and perform cashier duties, as and when required - Requisition of stock, materials, supplies and equipment - Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management. Job Requirements: - Knowledge of Bangladeshi/North Indian cuisines is a MUST (no training will be provided) - Able to converse in Bengali and English - Experience in managing restaurant and kitchen operations - Excellent customer service skill - Responsible, diligent and organised - Possess a can-do' attitude - Possess good leadership skill - Excellent team player - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Able to work in a fast paced environment - Able to work long hours and on weekends & public holidays
