Job Description


  • Reponsible for the operation of the restaurant kitchen
  • Prepare working roster and manage kitchen crew
  • Preparing and cooking food according to orders
  • Design and test new menu items
  • Operate cooking equipment with proper safety precautions.
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen including ensuring ingredients, utensils and dishes are properly stored.
  • Control and manager kitchen inventory
Requirements
  • Experiences with Chinese cuisine
  • Good communication skills
