Job Description
- Reponsible for the operation of the restaurant kitchen
- Prepare working roster and manage kitchen crew
- Preparing and cooking food according to orders
- Design and test new menu items
- Operate cooking equipment with proper safety precautions.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen including ensuring ingredients, utensils and dishes are properly stored.
- Control and manager kitchen inventory
- Experiences with Chinese cuisine
- Good communication skills
