Roles & Responsibilities
- Create an environment that promotes great performance and positive morale.
- Lead finance functions including performance planning & control, SGX compliance reporting, internal control, tax planning, business & investment management and treasury.
- Liaising with sponsor, Auditors, Corp Sec, IA , and all relevant parties/authorities.
- Work with stakeholders and board of Directors & CEO
- Assure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
- Work with the executive board to determine and plan for short and long-term goals.
- Identify and address problems and offer solutions.
- Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
- Head corporate activities such as M&A and investors relation.
Experience and Qualifications
- Previous working experience or equivalent roles for 5 years, preferably in a SGX listed company
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance / Banking / Accounting
- Familiarity legal and compliance/Business infrastructure
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

- Dealing with Auditors
- SGX compliance matters
- Fund raising
- Mergers and Acquisitions
