The opportunity:
Our client's vision is to reduce e-waste by saving electronics from premature death. This concurrently enables customers to save up to 70% on their favourite brands by having the flexibility to rent devices instead of buying them.

This company is one of APAC’s fastest-growing start-ups, operating across 7 countries. We are looking for a hands-on Chief Financial Officer with a solid track record in finance, accounting & investor relations. You have the chance to be one of the core team members, work together directly with the Founders and be responsible for the company’s global financial reporting and forecasting.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating budget forecasts together with the Founders and Country Directors (SG, AU, NZ, MY, HK, SK).
• Monitoring global accounting and handling relations with the local corporate secretaries & accounting firms.
• Overseeing the 8-digit annual budget across all subsidiaries and departments.
• Streamlining reporting, financial and accounting processes across the company.
• Supporting the Management team on investor relations, investor reports and fundraising related topics.
• Ensuring that the financial accounts are perfectly documented and ready for audits.
• Building your own finance team.

• Relevant working experience in a scale-up stage technology company. Preferably from Series A to B, or similar.
• A Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent education.
• To be highly motivated and ambitious with a start-up attitude, preferably experience.
• To be a solid team-player who will grow and develop a team to excel beyond their comfort zone.
• Outstanding English communication skills.
