Setting Financial Strategy: You\xe2\x80\x99ll craft and drive the financial vision, working closely with the executive team to shape plans that support growth, profitability, and long-term success.
Owning the P&L: You\xe2\x80\x99ll lead the charge on all financial aspects of the business, from budgeting and forecasting to optimizing financial performance and reaching our ambitious P&L targets.
Ensuring Compliance & Managing Risk: You\xe2\x80\x99ll establish strong internal controls and ensure our operations align with both industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Enhancing Operational Efficiency: By implementing cost-saving measures and streamlining processes, you\xe2\x80\x99ll ensure our finances are set up to support sustainable growth.
Leading a Talented Team: As a mentor and team builder, you\xe2\x80\x99ll inspire, develop, and lead a high-caliber finance team, instilling a culture of collaboration and forward-thinking excellence.
Strategic Partnering: You\xe2\x80\x99ll be a key advisor to the CEO and executive team, providing insights that inform strategic decision-making, and you\xe2\x80\x99ll represent us to investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
Supporting M&A: With an eye for growth opportunities, you\xe2\x80\x99ll lead M&A activities, including financial due diligence and integration, to support our expansion strategy.
What We\xe2\x80\x99re Looking For
We\xe2\x80\x99re searching for a strategic, hands-on finance professional who\xe2\x80\x99s passionate about making a real impact.
Proven Leadership: You\xe2\x80\x99ve managed large-scale P&Ls, ideally around $500 million or more, and have a solid track record in senior finance roles \xe2\x80\x93 ideally as a CFO or similar.
Industry Expertise: Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or a similar sector is a strong advantage, as is familiarity with the regulatory landscape.
Analytical & Strategic Thinking: You\xe2\x80\x99re a strategic thinker with a knack for seeing the big picture and the details, using financial insights to drive decisions that matter.
Exceptional Team Leadership: You know how to build, inspire, and lead teams, cultivating a culture of growth, innovation, and high performance.
Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA is a plus.
  • Extensive experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally as a CFO, with a background in the medical devices or healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of managing large P&L, preferably close to or above $500 million.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, with a deep understanding of financial planning, P&L management, and risk assessment.
  • Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing and developing high-performing finance teams.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in the medical or healthcare sector is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated success in driving financial strategies that support business growth, operational efficiencies, and profitability.
