As a senior member of the market executive management team, develop, lead and deliver strategic business plan, reflecting appropriately the vision, mission, opportunities and risk
Proactively advise the CEO and Executive leadership teams on key business decisions through sound commercial judgement highlighting options, trade-offs, risks and opportunities
Develop, lead and deliver financial and commercial strategies and decisions through evaluation and pursuit of opportunities, potentially including the launch of new business units and acquisitions
Drive close integration of business units within market through operating the finance function at market level, serving all brands and functions.
