Join us in our mission to spread smiles across Asia! About This Role Based in Singapore, oversee Zenyum's financial operations across 8 markets. You will be in charge of business partnering, accounting, FP&A, controlling, treasury and guiding the company on any strategic initiatives. As a hands-on operator, you will have a strategic mindset yet be willing to double-click into the details to support your team. Reporting to the COO, you will be a strategic business advisor that shapes the direction of Zenyum. Your depth of experience will help Zenyum optimize our financial performance and evaluate potential business opportunities as we expand in Asia. You will lead critical initiatives in areas of corporate development, investor relations, fundraising, as well as traditional facets such as budgeting, forecasting, controllership and FP&A operations. Responsibilities Manage forecasting, reporting, budgets, and consolidation to the Board and Investors. Develop, refine and implement finance frameworks, policies and processes that adhere to international accounting standards. Oversee risk management, compliance, and internal control practices to minimize exposure and financial liabilities. Partner with local Managing Directors to optimize their operations and identify opportunities for improvement, cost reduction and system enhancement. Provide advice to our c-suite on the financial implications of our business activities and decisions. Formulate investment strategies and cash management practices that maximize yield, cost savings and efficiencies. You are a fit for this role, if you have: 12+ years of progressive experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role that spanned multiple countries. Significant experience working with external auditors, internal controls, and compliance-related issues. Technology, healthcare or consumer products experience is highly desirable. Experience in fundraising, investor relations, and mergers and acquisitions. Extensive experience partnering with senior stakeholders to resolve complex problems including vendor management. Create functional and scalable finance systems that grow at the pace of our business.
