Job Description

• Responsible for the Group\xe2\x80\x99s full spectrum of accounting and finance activities including financial and management reporting, treasury, compliance, taxation and budgeting and forecasting
• Ensure timely compliance to all statutory (including SGX), accounting, tax reporting and disclosure requirements
• Implement, document, monitor and maintain financial policies and procedures with appropriate internal controls and measures.
• Advise on tax planning and lead on all tax related matters
• Review internal processes and internal controls to ensure the financial systems and processes are able to support current activities and future growth, and implement and manage company risk
• Develop financial reviews for reporting the results and analysis
• Preparing financial analyses and reports.
• Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets.
• Any adhoc duties as assigned
  

• Bachelor\'s degree in accounting or finance or above.
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• At least 10 years and above of relevant experiences with strong consolidation experience at group level
• A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
• Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
• Strong command of English & Chinese to liaise with colleagues and stakeholders in China
• Knowledge in accounting software will be advantageous
• Need to know China Accounting knowledge and standard of procedures
• Able to work in high volume environment with strict timelines
