Distribution Industry Well Established Company Salary: $10000 Working hours: 9am to 6pm (Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri) Work Location: MacPherson
- Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team
- Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO/Managing Director and members of the executive management team
- Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
- Advising on long-term business and financial planning
- Provide commercial insight and leadership across the business in order to exceed business plan targets
- Responsible for ensuring the risk and compliance management framework is embedded and operational for the Company
- Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders
- Reviewing all formal finance related procedures
- Communicate organisation\'s financial and business information to investors
- Drive forecasting and budgeting to align the finance function with the strategic vision of the business
- Bachelor\'s Degree / Master Degree in Finance or equivalent
- 10 years of experience in Finance Leadership
- High level of commercial acumen and sound decision making abilities
- Excellent Leadership and interpersonal skills
