Serve as the custodian, mentor, and owner for the following Centers of Excellence (COEs) within the marketing team: Below-the-Line (BTL) activities, Activations, Events, Community Events, Market Research.
Implement Communication & Media Planning strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders, such as the Brand Strategy team, and external partners.
Strategize and execute large-scale campaigns, events, workshops, and collaborate closely with regional sales teams to plan drives and community-building initiatives in their respective areas.
Conduct consumer analysis, evaluate competitors, monitor market trends, develop consumer insights, and collaborate with agency/cross-functional teams to conceptualize research reports.
Oversee media planning, with a focus on digital campaigns, working closely with the digital marketing team and external agencies.
Implement a PR plan for new product launches, including targeted and proactive outreach to key stakeholders.
Manage budgets, ensuring effective spend and proper cost allocation.
Experience and Qualifications:
Hold a Master\'s Degree with a specialization in marketing.
Possess over 8 years of work experience in various marketing facets, including Events, community building, experiential marketing, activations, and BTL activities.
Demonstrate proficiency in managing partner relations with research teams, agencies, and vendors.
Excel in operating successfully within a lean organization and effectively communicating and advocating initiatives with other teams and stakeholders.
Showcase a proven ability to translate consumer insights into brand communication and campaigns that drive action.
