Meta Elephant Capital Management is a Family Office with presence in both Hong Kong and Singapore. We are growing our investment portfolio and is seeking a qualified Chief Operating Officer (\xe2\x80\x9cCOO\xe2\x80\x9d) to lead our team of investment professionals. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience within the Financial Industry with at least 8 years in senior management role.

Objectives of this role

• Manage Company\xe2\x80\x99s operational performance and activities.

• Work alongside with CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operations strategy, and hiring needs

• Establish a well-structured and effective investment processes.
  

Responsibilities

• Implement both short and long-term business/investment strategies in conjunction with CEO

\xc2\xb7 Oversee all aspects of business and investment operations to ensure the progress of the Company aligns with its goals.

• Vigorous management of liquidities investment targets for growth and profitability are achieved.

• Lead team to produce prudent research reports and well strategized investment propositions.
• As mentor to Investment professionals.
• Ensure compliance with all jurisdictions\xe2\x80\x99
• Familiarity in tax implications would be an added advantage.

Required skills and qualifications

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Accountancy and/or ACCA, CPA or equivalent

• More than 10 years of continuous capital investments experience with minimum 6 years in executive leadership roles

• Well verse in investment instruments and products.

• Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity

• Understanding of regulatory issues and tax policies.

• In additional to English, candidate must have the ability to present business/investment proposals and strategies in Mandarin as well as literate in Chinese for better communication with Chinese stakeholders.
