They are looking for Chief Technology Officer to lead and innovate their brands and drive their global exposure strategy and transform their IT department in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

• IT Mastery: Oversee the entire IT spectrum, from software to hardware, and IT security, ensuring it aligns with our ambitious business objectives
• Strategic Visionary: Collaborate closely with the leadership team to set clear IT priorities and craft an innovative roadmap for the future
• Financial Maestro: Develop and manage annual and quarterly budgets to fuel our technological aspirations
• Partnership Extraordinaire: Cultivate and manage key vendor and technology partner relationships to keep us at the forefront of tech innovation
• Resource Guru: Efficiently allocate IT resources, set goals, and establish performance metrics for continuous improvement
• Disaster-Proof Planner: Lead the creation and execution of disaster recovery and IT security failure plans, ensuring our operations stay resilient
• Cross-functional Maestro: Foster collaboration across departments to drive strategic initiatives, connecting technology strategy with various roadmaps
• Timekeeper of the Future: Craft strategic plans and timelines for the evaluation, development, and deployment of all technical, web, and mobile services

The Requirements:

• Educational Excellence: Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (Master\'s Degree preferred)
• Leadership Legacy: Previous experience in CTO, director, or similar leadership roles
• Tech Titan: Extensive experience leading enterprise-wide technology platforms, including end-to-end implementations of POS Systems, ERP Systems, Database warehouses, and Cloud Servers (Azure/AWS)
• Coding Connoisseur: Broad knowledge of software engineering, languages, frameworks, techniques, and industry trends
• Change Catalyst: Proficiency in change management at organizational and interpersonal levels, with a background in integrating teams across diverse business units and geographies
• Architectural Maven: Experience in designing and managing effective IT architectural frameworks, especially within the F&B Industry
• Tech Innovator: Familiarity with cutting-edge technologies like BYOD, AI and Machine Learning for Customer Personalization, Restaurant Kitchen Automation, Smart Supply Chain Management, and Facial Recognition
