We are seeking a Student Enquiry Officer to join our friendly and dynamic Digital Outreach Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work for an international company.

Your Role

This role is part of our Digital Outreach Team. Advisors based London and globally are responsible for:

- Engaging with and nurturing new student leads generated via our digital marketing channels.

- You will be responsible for contacting prospective students (or their parents or sponsors) who have expressed an interest in our schools and programmes on the Glion, Les Roches and \xc3\x89cole Ducasse digital marketing platforms and identify the student profiles who will make outstanding candidates for our wide range of educational programmes (including Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes in Hospitality Management, as well Undergraduate and Diploma programmes in culinary and pastry arts).

- You will be contacting potential students via phone calls, as well as communicating via other channels (like email, WhatsApp, Live chat and other messaging platforms), with the aim of engaging and ensuring that prospective students receive a premium and quality first impression of our schools and brands. This personalised and tailored approach is aligned with the student experience we strive to offer at our schools.

- Your main objective will be to identify profiles that will make great future student candidates and then signpost seamlessly and efficiently through to Sommet Education\'s team of field-based Education Counsellors.

- When contacting potential students, you will take a positive but professional approach, responding knowledgeably to initial queries, as well as being able to engage confidently on our school\'s unique selling points.

- Ensure that all leads are contacted in a proactive and timely manner, according to defined KPIs.

- Playing an important part in our global recruitment network, you will communicate effectively with different global teams, including digital lead generation team, marketing team, field recruitment team and campus teams to join our friendly and dynamic Digital Outreach Team. About You

This role is a perfect first step into our Enrolment and Marketing team; ideal for a graduate with 1- or 2-years\' experience in sales or customer service in a premium or luxury sector, especially hospitality or culinary arts. This is a great opportunity to develop a career in the international education sector in a high-end B2C services environment, however, we will also consider applicants who have experience in different sectors, though you will need to show a strong track record of relatable experience successfully engaging with premium customers with a consultative sales approach.

The candidate must be an excellent communicator, i.e., with great listening skills, an ability to clearly articulate ideas, with a talent for advising and influencing, fluent in Chinese and English.

The role requires resilience, organisational skills as well as being KPI focused and digitally literate.
