Global Trade & Loan Products offers financing and risk mitigation products to our global clients. Supply Chain Finance (SCF) is one of the fastest growing products CFO's, Treasurers and CPO's leverage to unlock working capital to grow their business organically or through M&A. This creates a fast paced environment with evolving market dynamics given the range of competitors includes traditional banks and FinTechs.

In this role you will interact with C-Suite Executives of global corporations, manage global SCF Programs, advise on working capital objectives while navigating a global organization. Our clients are increasingly focusing their attention on the effectiveness of Trade providers to deliver and execute solutions as a key component in their decision-making to award business. Enhancing the Client Experience requires a continual review of end-to-end process improvement, tools, and organizational structure to determine what we need to do to make it easier to win, onboard and serve clients. A core component of the Supply Chain Finance offering, from deal origination through day-to-day program management is the appointment of dedicated Program Managers.

The role requires leading a dynamic team of Program Managers and Supplier Sales specialist. A core component of the leadership role requires providing team with insights, guidance and motivation to consistently grow individually in the role and help exceed team targets.

Key Objectives and Responsibilities:

  • Advise on Client's working capital strategy
  • Drive revenue generation via SCF program ramp and supplier enrollment in-line with Client strategy
  • Ownership of the APAC SCF P&L
  • Lead successful Client external engagements such as Supplier Days which includes presenting to large audiences
  • Present Supply Chain Finance to C-Suite Executives and Procurement Teams broadly
  • Establish and maintain program-specific road maps and lead annual review engagements as needed
  • Manage relationships and serve as primary point of contact internally and externally to handle day-to-day communication with clients
  • Facilitate requests and inquiries across workflows including partners across the JPM franchise (Sales, Bankers, Credit, Client Service, Operations, Legal, Product and others)
  • Coordinate with counterparts in other regions
  • Oversee credit facility requirements including facility utilization in active partnership with Syndication
  • Utilize internal databases and follow a high degree of integrity for reporting needs and analytics
  • Provide updates internally and externally with opportunities to provide strategic support for management MIS needs
  • Follow established processes/procedures
  • Identify challenges and escalate accordingly within the Risk and Control framework

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree, minimum 7 years relevant Trade Finance and Trade product platform work experience
  • Sales/Credit experience, with ability to drive solutions with clients, is a strong plus. Previous experience dealing with SCF and other Trade Products for 2-3 years is ideal
  • Demonstrated experience of growing P&L and/or ownership of a portfolio is desired (with proven results)
  • Industry experience and proven engagement with Senior Treasury and Procurement executives is ideal
  • Solid understanding of the trade syndicate market is essential. Relationships with the investor market is a plus
  • Experience/Knowledge of the SCF/Trade Fintech space is a strong plus
  • Demonstrated task/project ownership to successful completion; team leadership experience is a strong plus
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
