Job Description
Responsibilities
- Advise appropriate service / repair requirements to meet client's needs.
- Provide clear estimation for insurance claims.
- Liaise with insurance company for motor claims.
- Monitor job progress and update customers on repair status.
- Schedule daily appointments for accident and body repair.
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Work on alternate Saturday
- Have automotive related experiences
