Customer Service Executive Working Day: 5 Working Days (Off-day will on weekdays) Working Hours: 44 hours/week [12:30pm - 8:30pm (Weekdays)/ 9:45am - 7:45pm (Weekends)] Location: Paya Lebar Quater/ Customer Service Executive Working Day: 5 Working Days (Off-day will on weekdays) Working Hours: 44 hours/week [12:30pm - 8:30pm (Weekdays)/ 9:45am - 7:45pm (Weekends)] Location: Paya Lebar Quater/ Great World City/ Jurong Point Salary: SGD 2,000 - 2,600 Roles and Responsibilities: Attending to customer's enquiry via various modes (e.g. Phone call/ walk-in/ E-mail) Promoting and educating customers on our programmes Follow-up / inform customers and students of any upcoming programmes Handling of various modes of payments (e.g. MasterCard/ Visa/ NETS/ Cheque/ Cash) Tracking and maintenance of student attendance Assist in coordination and allocation of students and classes Other ad-hoc assignments when necessary Requirements: Relevant working experience is needed.
