: * Work with various group departments, doctors and clinic staff to ensure smooth-running of the clinics' daily operations * Cover clinic duties, as and when required. * Overs : Work with various group departments, doctors and clinic staff to ensure smooth-running of the clinics' daily operations Cover clinic duties, as and when required. Oversee and ensure all premises are maintained adequately and meet both regulatory requirements and company operating standards Oversee all facilities and support operational matters including the set-up of new clinics and refurbishment or maintenance of some existing clinics and initiatives to enhance the operating efficiency of the clinics. Develop an effective process and platform for communication between the clinics and HQ, pertaining to release of information, instructions, and feedback Coordinate with internal departments and external organisations to bring about optimal service processes for the benefit of patients Monitor patient feedback & implement interventions to enhance patient service delivery Ad hoc duties given by Cluster Managers and the Management Job Requirements: Experience in healthcare industry is an advantage Diploma/Degree with minimally 5-6 years of relevant working experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent customer-service mindset. Excellent leadership and organizational skills. Able to multi-task and strive in a fast-paced and matrix organizational structure. Proficient with MS Office ' Word, Excel, PowerPoint
